going above and beyond what was asked forto please a customer
- As you may recall, Iwrote you the week before Christmas
asking for a replacement board for a doll
high chair.I received the part by priority mail on Christmas
Day... I was most pleased that you took the time to send it
immediately and give us a replacement. Also thank you for
the two doll rocking chairs. My granddaughters love the furniture
and I would not hesitate to buy from your company again.
There were four families at our house
on Christmas, and all are very impressed with what your company
did for us.

Every day
I am reminded of your generosity. Anna loves the changing
table. Every time she gets on it she knows something good
is going to happen. This table is great and it put together
very easy. From the time I opened the box to the time I completed
assembly took 12 minutes. The directions were very easy to
read and understand. The minimum tools required made it quick.
I don't know of anything I would change.

I wrote you
a couple weeks ago about a Badger bassinet
that was handed down to me. It was missing a wheel, and you
immediately sent a new one to me. It was very easy to install.
Thank you so much.
I have since purchased a new Badger
classic changing
table. I love it. It is the same changing table my mom
used when I was a baby! Its classic style goes so well with
our hand painted furniture in the baby's room. I am also planning
on purchasing the round Badger hamper.
I am extremely happy with my Badger products and with the
prompt attention of your company. I will recommend Badger
to all my friends.

My thoughts wander
back to the day of the open house at Badger Basket. A little
note to say "Thank you" for the very enjoyable time my friend
and I had. For the tour of the plant Bernadine took us on.
For the very nice lunch Bernice and the other employee's who
worked so hard to get everyone served. I couldn't believe
the changes at Badger Basket since I started working there
in 1948 when it was Standard Container. I was pleasantly surprised
and impressed with the building and all the progress made
through the years. Much success to all at Badger Basket in
the future. Again, I say "Thank You".
