Parts are free and shipped promptly within our 30 Day Warranty period. Proof of purchase may be requested.

If a nominal fee is required for items purchased more than 30 days ago you will be contacted before shipment.

Model number, parts list, and version code are on the assembly instructions.

Version Code (for example, 1.7/1109/TG) is essential. It's located on the assembly instructions in the lower right corner, or on the cover page, or in the Stop warning on page 2. It's helpful to have the product nearby.

Some products do not have assembly instructions (such as nursery baskets) and this will be noted during the ordering process.

We send e-mail confirmation of your order immediately after submission. If you don't receive it and it's not in your Spam/Junk folder, we may not have received your order and request that you resubmit to be sure.
