Please fill out and submit our parts request form and Badger Basket will respond to your inquiry promptly during normal business hours.
Parts are free and shipped promptly within our 30 Day Warranty period. Proof of purchase may be requested.
If a nominal fee is required for items purchased more than 30 days ago you will be contacted before shipment.
Model number, parts list, and version code (usually located in the lower right corner such as 1.0/1108/TG) are on the assembly instructions. It's helpful to have the product nearby.

Some products do not have assembly instructions (such as nursery baskets) and this will be noted during the ordering process.
We send e-mail confirmation of your order immediately after submission. If you don't receive it and it's not in your Spam/Junk folder, we may not have received your order and request that you resubmit to be sure.
