Parts are free and shipped promptly within our 30 Day Warranty period. Please do not discard any packaging materials or parts until the issue is resolved. Proof of purchase and/or photos of the damaged/defective parts may be requested. If your item is out of warranty and/or a nominal fee and shipping charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
You will need your Assembly Manual with the Model Number, Parts List, and Version Code. Please also have the product and product carton nearby.
Some products do not have assembly instructions and this is noted during the ordering process.
